At Ken Murray Design, we are committed to getting your 3D printed parts to you safely and efficiently.

Shipping Carrier

We ship all physical products via USPS (United States Postal Service) using flat rate boxes whenever possible to provide you with reliable, cost-effective shipping.

Processing Time

• Standard Orders: All parts will be shipped within 3 business days of payment confirmation

• Custom Orders: Processing time will be communicated at the time of order confirmation

• Rush Orders: Available upon request for an additional fee

Shipping Methods Available

• USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate: 1-3 business days

• USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days (available for urgent orders)

• Standard Ground: 3-5 business days (for larger items that don't fit in flat rate boxes)

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available within the city of Canby, Oregon. Please contact us at info@kmedesign.com to inquire about pickup availability and scheduling.

Digital Deliveries

3D Scanning Services: Scan files are delivered electronically as mesh bodies unless further refinement and reverse engineering has been included as part of your service package. Digital files will be delivered via secure email within 24-48 hours of scan completion.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination

• Flat rate shipping is used whenever possible to keep costs predictable

• Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase

Shipping Restrictions

• We ship anywhere USPS delivers, including international destinations

• Some materials may have shipping restrictions - we will contact you if this applies to your order

• P.O. Boxes are accepted for most orders

• International shipping times and costs may vary

Order Tracking

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

• Track your package directly through USPS using the provided tracking number

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents

2. Contact us immediately at info@kmedesign.com

3. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly
