Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return of eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Returns

Store-Purchased Parts

We accept returns of parts that have been purchased from our online store under the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be in original condition and packaging

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to items not returned in original packaging

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns

  • Ken Murray Design is not responsible for items lost in return transit

Non-Returnable Items

Custom STL Files

No returns will be accepted for parts printed from customer-provided STL files unless there is a print defect or manufacturing error on our part.

Digital Services

3D scanning services and digital file deliveries are final and non-returnable due to the nature of digital products.

Defective Parts

Manufacturing Defects

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive a defective part due to:

  • Print defects

  • Manufacturing errors

  • Material defects

We will provide:

  • Free reprint of the defective part, OR

  • Full refund of the purchase price

  • Free return shipping (we will provide a prepaid return label)

Reporting Defects

To report a defective part:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Email info@kmedesign.com with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the defect

    • Description of the issue

  3. We will respond within 1 business day with next steps

Return Process

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at info@kmedesign.com to initiate the return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. We will provide return instructions and address

  4. Package the item securely in original packaging (if available)

  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable method

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)

Local Pickup Returns

If you picked up your order locally in Canby, Oregon, you may return it in person. Please contact us to schedule a return appointment.
